The classic cattle dog stare is something we always notice really sets them apart from all the other breeds that we see in a pet portrait session. It's certainly very useful in the field when working cattle...or when playing with their human. But what from a portrait photographers point of view, the incredible thing about the cattle dog stare is the faces they give you, there's nothing else like it.
